How long are you willing to work to become who you want to be? Join functional health coach Justin Carroll and former foster parent/current adoptive parent Stacey Hansen as we dive into ways that our minds and bodies can find health again.

If you can cultivate your breath in the middle of the mess, in the middle of the chaos, where there are 100 items of peril around, you can change your world.

No heavy weights (the #kettlebell might have cried in the corner), simple movements filled with breath.
If you can learn to breathe in the middle of chaos you can breathe anywhere.
The breath found in the mess is the catalyst that brings chaos into order.

Learn to make space to practice letting things go, releasing outcomes, and allowing your body to rest and repair so it does all the things you need it to.

Some days that means breath-work and meditation, other days that means deadlifts and cardio, and other days its means naps, a fire, and coffee.

When you are becoming who you want to be it may take you longer than you want but it is worth every moment.
